Shipping
Shipping costs and information:
As standard, goods can only be shipped to the countries listed below. The shipping costs depend on the size of your order. You can find the shipping costs in the table below.
If you would like to have your order shipped to another country, please send us an email (info@senses-kbeauty.de) before placing an order and tell us the item, the quantity, the delivery address, the country and the corresponding postcode. We will then let you know as soon as possible whether we can ship to the desired country and - if delivery to the desired delivery address is possible - we will tell you the shipping costs, as we have to ask our shipping partner about the shipping option and costs in advance.
Shipping within Germany :
For shipping within mainland Germany we charge 4.99 euros. For orders over 59 euros we ship free of charge .
Shipping outside Germany :
The shipping costs to Austria are a flat rate of 16 euros per order.
The shipping costs to Switzerland are a flat rate of 16 euros per order.
The shipping costs to all other EU countries are a flat rate of 30 euros per order.
The shipping costs to countries outside the EU are a flat rate of 40 euros per order.
* For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may arise in individual cases for which we are not responsible and which must be borne by you. These include, for example, costs for the transfer of money by credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties). Delivery times
Unless a different deadline is specified in the item description, the goods will be delivered within Germany after confirmation of receipt of payment within 4 - 7 working days. For international deliveries within 10 - 15 working days. Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
