How long does it take to ship Korean cosmetics to Germany?

After payment is received, delivery within Germany takes 2-4 business days . Deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number via email.

Can I track the delivery status online?

Yes, as soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can use this to track the current delivery status online with the shipping provider at any time.

Which countries are delivered to and what are the shipping costs?

Germany: €5.49 (free shipping on orders over €59) – Delivery time: 2-4 business days
Switzerland: 22 CHF flat rate
EU countries: €15.49 (only €8.99 for orders over €59) – Delivery time: 5-8 working days

Delivery is not possible on Sundays and public holidays.

Can I return Korean cosmetic products?

Yes, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal . You can easily return unused and originally sealed products . For hygiene reasons, opened or unsealed cosmetic products cannot be returned. If a product is sold out, you have the following options:

For beginners, we recommend 4-5 steps: 1) Cleansing, 2) Toner/Essence, 3) Serum, 4) Moisturizer, 5) Sunscreen (in the morning) . The order from thin to thick is important to ensure optimal absorption of the active ingredients.

Which K-Beauty products are suitable for anti-aging?

For anti-aging, Korean products containing retinol, retinal, ginseng, peptides, or niacinamide are particularly effective. Fermented ingredients and adenosine are also popular active ingredients. We recommend a combination of serum and a rich cream.
